Our partner, a globally recognised consumer toy brand is looking for a sales-oriented Territory Manager for Southern England, to drive growth, build strong customer relationships, and maximise product visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with buyers and key decision-makers.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding product distribution in your territory.
- Ensure optimal stock levels in stores, preventing out-of-stock situations and maximising sales.
- Train and motivate retail staff, equipping them with product knowledge to drive customer engagement.
- Gather and report on market insights, including competitor activity and customer trends.
Experience & Skills That Will Deliver Success:
- Proven experience in field sales, account management, or business development (ideally in Toys, retail, or consumer products).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a sales territory effectively.
- A passion for consumer products and retail industry experience is a plus!
