Are you a strategic Finance Manager or Director, who excels in commercial thinking and relationship management? A London-based multimedia company with international reach is looking for a strategic Finance Director to join their business, a leading provider of educational resources that nurture emotional intelligence and life skills.

In this role, managing a team of two finance professionals, you will oversee all financial management for a range of revenue streams, including B2B, D2C, and retail.

Key responsibilities: 

• Financial Reporting & Budgeting: Deliver and monitor financial reports; and lead the annual budget, forecasting, and long-term financial planning process.
• Operational & Systems Management: Manage and refine financial policies, processes, and systems to support operational efficiency. 
• Relationship Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders for each revenue stream to provide actionable financial insights; and maintain strong relationships with department leads, ensuring alignment between financial goals and broader business objectives.
