A global multimedia company, specialising in educational resources that nurture emotional intelligence and life skills, is seeking a mission-driven Head of Customer Marketing to join their team. 

In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing customer facing market strategies to engage new and existing customers for the company’s range of bespoke products, including: publishing, therapy offerings and subscriptions. 

The successful candidate will have a passion for creating and delivering customer facing marketing to a broad range of consumers, as well as having previous managerial experience and a strong knowledge of marketing both physical and digital products and services. 

Key responsibilities: 

• Create and execute the direct to consumer marketing strategy, using content performance metrics and analytics tools to support successful activation.
• Proactively drive engagement and revenue through acquiring new customers and deepening relationships with existing customers. 
• Successful segmentation of marketing messages to specific audiences through the ownership of customer data and relevant CRM systems.
• Managing the marketing budget and implementing regular reporting of results to wider company.
• Collaborating with wider B2B teams to maximise customer reach and engagement.
• Line management of the Direct to Customer Marketing team (2 direct reports).

Experience and skills required:

• A passion for emotional and mental wellbeing. 
• A minimum of 7 years marketing experience, with a proven track record of successful campaign delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enjoying working in a team-focused environment.
• A driven work ethic, with an eye for problem-solving.
• Confident and outgoing, with strong project and internal stakeholder management skills.

Salary: c. £65-70k DOE + excellent benefits.

Work Pattern / Location: This role will follow a hybrid working pattern with two days in-office at their head office (located in central London).
