Are you a publishing sales professional with experience managing sales distribution into the US, UK and Export markets?  Are you looking for an opportunity to join a mission led, passionate team, to manage the sales and end-to-end process for a global non-fiction portfolio centred around self development and personal growth?  

Our partner: A global publisher of books that nurture emotional intelligence and life skills.

Responsibilities:  Driving growth and revenue across US, UK and Export markets, managing the relationships with a number of key distribution partners across the world.

  • Autonomy: In this multimedia business you will be developing and implementing the strategy and delivery of all book sales. 
  • Relationships: Management of third-party sales and distribution agents based in the US and UK, maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
  • Delivery of targets: Using hands on experience and knowledge to drive sales performance in order to grow book revenues globally.

Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role: The perfect candidate is someone who is proactive, enjoys building relationships and is prepared to get hands-on to deliver success with experience in: 

  • Strategic management of key distribution partners in the US and UK.
  • Promoting and selling of publishing programmes to 3rd party sales representatives and agents across multiple territories.
  • Monitoring sales performance through set up and management of accurate sales data.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary: c. £50k + sales commission.
  • Working pattern: 2 days in the London office.
