Our partner: The leading illustrated global trade publisher is looking for an inquisitive and creative mid-weight Project Editor to join their adult Reference and Encyclopedia team.
Responsibilities: You will be running multiple editorial projects simultaneously, covering diverse subject matter, making it more accessible and engaging a global audience, including:
- Project-managing books from initial concept through to finished copy
- Developing new ideas and sample presentations
- Commissioning and briefing internal and external creative stakeholders
- Copyediting, proofreading, fact-checking
Experience and skills that will deliver success in this role: The right candidate is a confident mid-weight editor, who has a proven track record of managing multiple projects across a range of non-fiction subjects.
